Unlike our Sandy Springs’ sister location of Tin Can Fishhouse and Oyster Bar, which features a full menu of seafood items, this Brookhaven iteration of Tin Can is mostly about the oyster – east coast oysters, west coast oysters, baked oysters, and seasonal, raw oyster varieties for the true oyster connoisseur.

As man cannot live by oyster alone, the menu also includes an eclectic selection of open-faced toasties: toasties with white anchovies, chopped pimento olives and shaved radish; toasties with diced Ahi tuna tartare, red onions avocado in an olive oil vinaigrette; toasties with traditional vine ripe tomatoes diced in garlic, olive oil shaved Parma cheese; and several more that all demand a sampling.

Mussels, salads, seafood stew, and New England and Manhattan chowders round out the menu.
